Dr Mark Ratnarajah is a healthcare senior executive, investment professional and clinician, who has successfully grown a number of small to medium sized businesses in the healthcare services, rehabilitation and health technology sectors in the UK.
Mark has spent over three decades working in the NHS and international healthcare services as a clinician, during which time he has combined his clinical work along side being an investor for Nomura Private equity in London, which delivered 28% IRR over 4 years despite the economic downturn. Subsequent to that Mark secured over £180M in contracts while working as group healthcare business development lead for Capita, before managing a national rehabilitation provider through to trade sale. Currently, Mark is helping the founders of a precision medicine and healthcare AI company grow internationally and diversify their client base in preparation for a trade sale.
Mark knows what truly drives value and has a deep sector understanding of the healthcare services and technology markets in the UK.
Mark holds an MBA from the London Business School, a medical degree from Oxford and an undergraduate degree in experimental pathology from London.
