Alex has worked in the acute NHS sector since qualifying in Medicine in 1986. He was appointed as a Consultant Anaesthetist with a subspecialist interest in Paediatric Anaesthesia in 1996 and since that time has developed a wealth of experience as a senior medical leader.
Phil is a clinical associate and has been a senior GP partner in a large practice for 21 years. He also has a long clinical informatics interest focusing on the use of clinical data to support the development of integrated patient care, commissioning and outcomes measurement.

David brings extensive experience of children’s services design and quality standards. He is a Paediatrician and former Vice President of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health where he has a central role in developing strategy for Child Health Services in the United Kingdom and a specific interest in the quality of children’s urgent care services.

David is a nationally renowned GP having served as the National Clinical Director for Primary Care at the Department of Health. He brings huge experience of primary care quality, development and commissioning within a wider healthcare policy and transformation environment.

Gary brings more than 17 years experience as a consultant anaesthetist, specialising in neuroanaesthesia and intensive care. He is an inspirational clinical leader as an Acute Foundation Trust Medical Director for more than 5 years, during which he has implemented innovative models of clinical practice and service redesign.

DJ has many years experience as an external advisor and combines his clinical practice as a Consultant in Emergency Medicine with his advisory work. He is also a clinical advisor to the Care Quality Commission, and a faculty member of the Moorfields academy.

Robin is an occupational physician and the President of the Society of Occupational Medicine. In addition to his clinical work, mainly concerned with promoting health in the working age population, he supports leadership development across the UK health sector.

Dr Nicola (Nikki) Cordell is an experienced consultant occupational physician employed by the long established charity Corporate Health since Feb 2014, initially as Medical Director, and following restructuring of the charity in June 2014, in the combined role of Chief Executive and Head of Clinical Services.

Iain graduated as a dentist from the University of Liverpool in 1980. He obtained a LL.B and M.A.(Healthcare Law and Ethics) and worked as a dental legal adviser and obtained a mentoring qualification, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Healthcare Leadership having served as President Elect of the South Yorkshire Branch of the British Paedodontic Society.
Kerry is a nurse with more than 30 years experience in the NHS, working in community services. She was the executive nurse director at Bromley Health and has led significant organisational change programmes, including the transfer of 800 staff into a social enterprise in 2011.

Tom is a psychiatrist, academic and ex-software engineer with over a decade of experience as a management consultant, spanning policy development, implementation and evaluation. As well as his medical degree, Tom has a first class degree in software engineering, and an MPhil specialising in economics and public policy.

Bill has extensive experience in Medical Education and Training having served as Associate Medical Director at the Department of Health and as the Medical Director for the joint UK physician colleges training board. He was post graduate Dean for the Yorkshire Deanery between 2001 and 2008.
George qualified as a Doctor in 2007 and has spent the last eight years working and training across all Trusts in the South West in Orthopaedics and A&E. He now continues to work part time in a Clinical role as a GP trainee in Exeter, whilst actively pursuing his interest in emerging technologies and Digital Health.

Ken has been a GP partner in large innovative teaching practice for over 25 years in Leytonstone, Waltham Forest a short distance from the Olympic site. He was the Medical Director for North East London Cluster covering a population over 1.5 million and led the development the primary care strategy.
Professor Chris Rudge was appointed Consultant Transplant Surgeon at Guy’s and King’s College Hospitals in 1981. He went on to be Director of Transplantation at The Royal London Hospital from 1994-2001 and was then appointed as UK Transplant’s first Medical Director in 2001.

Riaz has been a practicing GP since 2000, drawing on his patient facing experiences to develop a successful portfolio of activities around improving the quality and experience of care patients receive, the resilience and sustainability of primary care providers and the value offered to commissioners.

Nick has 18 years experience as a Consultant in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care in Taunton, Somerset. He has been involved in Commissioning since 2013 as Secondary Care Doctor on the Governing Bodies (Boards) of two CCGs, and had a wealth of Board level experience of commissioning at CCG, STP, and wider levels.
